Since 2014 Technitex managing director Erik Schmiedl has been committed to the Chemnitz basketball club "NINERS". As an active an intact club landscape is enormously important to the native Chemnitzer. "With the support of NINERS Technitex wants to contribute to making the junior staff programme more attractive and to establishing Chemnitz as a top training location," says Schmiedl. The NINERS Chemnitz are currently playing in the 2nd Bundesliga. The long-standing goal; promotion to the 1st Bundesliga; is at hand reach. Technitex remains a loyal sponsor at the NINERS side, no matter which way their success story takes.
